PM Peace is an evening drink mix designed to quiet an overactive mind and support deep, restorative sleep. It contains a clinical botanical and amino matrix — Glycine (3000mg), Taurine, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, GABA, and L-Theanine. Mix one scoop with water about an hour before sleep.

Most of our ingredients — Taurine, Glycine, Lion's Mane — require large doses to be effective. At the gram-level doses we use, you'd need 4–6 capsules per ingredient just to match what's in a single scoop. Add up 5–6 ingredients and you're looking at 20+ capsules to replicate one 10g scoop of AM Flow or PM Peace. We did the math so you don't have to.

Both products work independently and you can absolutely start with just one. That said, AM Flow and PM Peace are designed as a paired daily ritual system — morning focus and evening recovery working together. Mix ½ to 1 scoop of AM Flow with 8–12oz of water in the morning. You can take it on an empty stomach or with breakfast — either works. Start with a half scoop if you're new to adaptogens and work up from there.
